One of Componenta’s aims is to maintain and develop its know-how continuously. To ensure this, Componenta collaborates with educational institutions in its sector, and offers training jobs and specialization opportunities for students.

Final thesis
Componenta continuously offers topics for final thesis. If you are interested in these, just send us an open application and describe your area of expertise and what you would like to learn when writing your final thesis.
International Trainee Programme
Componenta has carried out a two-year International Trainee Program during 2008 - 2009, with a local internship for the first summer, an international internship for the second summer and the opportunity to write one's master’s thesis. The first International Trainee Program was completed in the end of 2009, and so far 20 young talents with a university degree have been employed through the programme.
