What is our International Trainee Program about? 

Componenta offers talented university students of technology or business the opportunity to prove their skills in a challenging international environment by participating in Componenta's International Trainee Program.

Our trainees are in the middle of their studies, in particular students of metallurgy, engineering, industrial management, business administration, logistics as well as accounting. They are team players with an open mind who are eager to learn and can make things happen.

We offer our trainees a mentored traineeship within our production units or specialist technology, sales, financial or support functions with a duration of two summers; with an international traineeship for the second summer in Turkey, Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and Italy and final thesis topics and part-time projects along with their studies. On successful completion, we happily offer each trainee an opportunity to continue as a Componenta team member.
