Learning is part of Componenta’s culture; we are open to new ideas and to change, and are willing to develop. expertise of our personnel and needed skills and capabilities are upgraded continuously throughout their carees. We offer development opportunities for all those who have shown an ability and willingness to learn new things and commit to the company values and the goal of achieving success together.

Through personnel development Componenta ensures that our personnel has opportunities to learn and work, perform better in their job and that at Componenta we have capable people in place to implement the strategy.

Development of existing and new competences and skills at individual level is appreciated highly, and positions evaluation and compensation schemes reward multitask personnel for example.

Strenghtening engineering capabilities

To ensure engineering capacity, Componenta has started an internal engineering rotation programme as well as a project to ensure future resources. Graduated engineers and engineering trainees were also recruited both for business units and customer product centers. The International Traineeship Program also brought trainees for engineering and product development.
