"I started at Componenta's International Trainee Program in sales department in May 2008, while I was studying industrial management at the Tampere University of Technology. At first I prepared customer-specific profitability calculations and various market surveys. During the program I learned plenty of different and versatile tasks. In autumn 2008 I was offered an opportunity to write Master's Thesis of an interesting subject, 'Setting up business intelligence function'. I took care of it and in February 2009 I started at Componenta Corporation as Business Analyst. 

My tasks include compiling and analysing information related to the business environment and distributing business intelligence information to support the management's decision making process. The job is very interesting and despite my youth I have been given a lot of responsibility. In a company of Componenta's size you can quickly get a picture of all operations in the company and your role in it. In addition, as an international listed company Componenta offers interesting and diverse tasks.
