Sustainability reports

Starting from the year 2011, Componenta will only publish one report, combining the information of the traditional Annual Report and the separate Sustainability Report. Before that, in addition to the annual report, Componenta published a separate Sustainability Report from 2006 to 2010. From 2003 to 2005, Componenta reported on the environmental impact of its operations in separate Environmental Reports.

The G3 guidelines set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) were followed when collecting the information for the Sustainability Reports.

The figures for social responsibility cover the Group's entire personnel. Environmental information is reported for the Group's production units in Finland, Turkey, the Netherlands and Sweden that have a significant environmental impact. The figures for financial responsibility were prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and are audited. The information in the rest of the report has not been verified.
