Componenta's permanent insiders are Public Insiders that is members of the Board of Directors, President and CEO and Auditors, as well as Company-specific Insiders, persons who by virtue of the exercise of their duties regularly receive insider information.

Componenta has defined as Company-specific Insiders the persons in the following positions:

Members of the Corporate Executive Team;
Members of the Extended Corporate Executive Team;
Key persons within Group's finance, treasury, IT and communications departments;
Controllers of the operative business segments; and
Secretaries of the Group management

Componenta complies with the insider regulations of the Helsinki stock exchange and also with its own insider regulations.

The holdings in Componenta of permanent insiders are monitored regularly through the SIRE system of Euroclear Finland Ltd.
