Engineering resources at Componenta

In total 90 engineers, experts for iron castings, HDPC & LDPC aluminium die castings, machining, surface treatments, are working closely together but are split up in four main areas:

• Advanced Engineers (product development & co-design)
• Process Engineers (cost calculation & new part introduction)
• Production Engineers (continuous optimization)
• R & D (development processes, materials etc.)

Within co-design all relevant engineering resources for a specific development project are members of our internal project team to ensure that all relevant knowledge and competence will be used to realize the best overall solution for our customers.
