Annual General Meeting 2025

The planned meeting date of Componenta Corporation’s Annual General Meeting is Wednesday, 23 April 2025. The Annual General Meeting will be convened by the company’s Board of Directors separately later.

Any request by a shareholder for the matter to be considered by Componenta’s Annual General Meeting 2025 shall be notified to the Board of Directors of Componenta no later than Friday, February 28, 2025. The request and its proposals for decisions must be submitted in writing to Componenta Oyj, Legal Affairs, Teknobulevardi 3‒5, 01530 Vantaa or ir.componenta@componenta.com. It is the responsibility of the shareholder who requires the matter to be dealt with to ensure that the proposal for a resolution to the general meeting enables the decision to be made on the matter.
